Residential Aged Care
To truly provide expert care, we make it a priority that all of our therapists have a full understanding of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and comply with all Accreditation Standards.
We also offer relief work for facilities who have staff taking leave, contracting over both short-term and long-term periods.
We believe that residents of Aged Care Facilities should be able to move and feel as if they were in their own home. To do this we believe in open communication between our physiotherapists and facility staff.
We work diligently to ensure the relationship between Back on Track and our partnered facility can provide residents with the best possible treatment available.
